Description

Cashion High School is seeking a qualified and motivated English Teacher for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. The position includes teaching English 1, English 2, and AP Lit or AP Lang to high school students. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about English, committed to student success, and eager to engage students through meaningful activities.

Responsibilities include:
Teaching courses in English 1, English 2 and AP Lit or AP Lang
Developing engaging lesson plans aligned with Oklahoma Academic Standards
Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment
Collaborating with staff and administration to support student learning
Required Qualifications Valid Oklahoma teaching certificate in English (or ability to obtain)
Strong classroom management and instructional skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and families
