| Description | Coyle Public Schools is seeking a motivated and student-centered Head Softball Coach to lead and grow both the High School and Junior High softball programs. The ideal candidate will build a unified program rooted in fundamentals, competitiveness, and character while fostering strong relationships with students, families, and the community. This position plays a key role in developing student-athletes from grades 7–12 and contributing to the overall success of Coyle athletics. |
| Required Qualifications | Previous softball coaching experience preferred (head coaching experience strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of softball fundamentals, player development, and game strategy Ability to build, organize, and sustain a competitive program Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to developing the whole student—athletically, academically, and personally Must meet all OSSAA coaching requirements Teaching certification preferred; adjunct (non-teaching) candidates will be considered |
