Paoli Public Schools is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and student-focused Athletic Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of excellence, discipline, and sportsmanship within the athletic program. This role involves developing student-athletes both on and off the field, integrating character development, and maintaining the high standards of the Paoli Public Schools community.

Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the assigned sport, including practice planning, game-day management, and long-term program development.

Student Development: Implement coaching strategies that align with district goals, emphasizing teamwork, grit, and academic success.

Community Engagement: Actively participate in district initiatives, including school-wide achievement celebrations (BOY, MOY, EOY).

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all athletic activities adhere to Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) guidelines and local board policies.

Collaboration: Maintain open communication with the Athletic Director, administration, parents, and community stakeholders.

Academic Integration: Work closely with faculty to ensure student-athletes are maintaining academic progress, to support student success in the classroom.

Qualifications
Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate (or eligibility to obtain).

Demonstrated knowledge of athletic coaching techniques and safety protocols.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to represent the royal blue and white with professionalism and pride.

Commitment to the mission and vision of Paoli Public Schools.
